For orders within the Netherlands we accept iDeal. For international orders we only accept PayPal & creditcard payments. PayPal is an online service which provides secure payment with your PayPal account or credit card. For more information about PayPal please visit the official PayPal website
Shipping
We strive for the following delivery times:
- The Netherlands: 2 workdays
- European Union: 7 workdays
- International: 7-10 workdays
Please note that during and around holidays, deliveries will take longer.
Prices do not include shipping, taxes and duties. All products are delivered with a confirmation number everywhere in the world. For international orders outside of the EU our prices are excluding custom fees and all additional taxes. We cannot be held responsible for any additional costs.
Return costs are for the customer. Please see returns for more info.
Returns
Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
If you return an order, always keep your tracking number and receipts so you have proof of shipment.
When returning goods by mail, please ensure that you fill in and enclose the return form. The returns form will be enclosed in your delivery. If you have not received one or lost it, please contact us. Please make sure that on the airway bill and the package there is clearly written: Returned goods, no commercial value.
The address for returns is stated on the returns form.
SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
RETURNS SHOULD BE SHIPPED WITH A SERVICE THAT PROVIDES A TRACKING NUMBER AND INSURANCE, AS R O A F WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES.
WE WILL NOT REFUND AN ITEM UNLESS IT IS DEFECTIVE.
